This serviced apartment's location is terrific: a 15 walk to the Sanlitun Village (center for expats and good restaurants), a short taxi ride to many tourist sites, a
3 minute walk to subway stations and the Airport Express. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff spoke english and were extremely helpful.
First of all, in my opinion, the location can't be beat. It is within a 10-minute walk to a Beijing Subway stop, 20 minutes walk to Workers Stadium and Outback
Steakhouse and in a location where it's easy to get a taxi. The greatest part is the abundance of amenities the apartment complex itself offers. The 3-BR that we
rented was perfect for my young children, husband and my nanny. Both bathrooms were large, clean and in great working condition. The apartment was not huge but
adequately big, fully upgraded in 2013.
East Gate Plaza Service Apartment's proved to be an excellent choice for my family. We rented a two-bedroom apartment that contained a separate kitchen with a
small-enclosed patio and separate dining area. In the basement of the twin tower complex, there is a mall with a grocery store, Subway, great coffee shop"SPR”,
swimming pool and other amenities as others have accurately noted. Get out and explore the variety of restaurant nearby.
We actually lived in a private-owned apartment in East Gate Plaza. Our Agent Greenpath help find this flat at a rental much lower than serviced apartment in East Gate.
Interior design and quality is the same. Furniture is different but modern and stylish. We love the place so much!
