Just across from Central Park and its collection of restaurants and supermarkets. In the event of bad weather, the adjacent mall is accessible via an indoor walkway on
level 2. There are nice little touches like remote controlled curtains, and individually lit wardrobes. Fortune Heights would be fairly comfortable living if you're a
bachelor (like i am) or couple but not that great for families with kids.
Fortune Heights is relatively more expensive than the other apartments in the area. If you do not need fancy place, just rent apartment in Central Park across the
street. For me, I seem to like the luxury feeling and the design.
Location is great! Definitely like the wooden floor and wooden/leather touches on the wall in Fortune Heights apartments. Kitchen is nice, bathroom even has a small
TV. Minor repairs are needed from time to time, but my landlord responded quickly. If there's a laundry space, that'll be perfect for my family.
Fortune Heights has good quality and high-tech facility in general, with well mannered and attentive front desk staff. But the free residents' gym is a bit small, and
you may notice some minor imperfections within the apartment itself. Fortune Heights apartment are all above 33/F, thus view is good, which is important to me.
